In 2003, our path took a significant turn when we became part of the Lumley Group family, a move that highlighted our growing influence in the industry. This transformation continued, with AXA Partners acquiring the company in 2015, making us an owned subsidiary of the AXA group.

The most recent milestone in our evolution occurred in 2023, when Roadzen Inc. purchased our shareholdings, positioning us as a pivotal part of Roadzen’s expansion in Europe and beyond.
